Holy Trinity presents “Soup Supper at Home”
Watch the video of your friends making soup in their home.
It’s another SOUPER FUN way to stay connected with each other.
Vegan Split Pea Soup

Combine in a large soup pot:
2 cups dried split peas (inspect to remove any rocks of other debris)
8 cups vegetable broth
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer with the lid slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Stir in:
1 large, sweet onion, chopped
3 medium carrots, chopped
2 large stocks of celery, chopped
1 medium to large potato, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer with the lid slightly ajar for 1 hour.
Season with:
2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
1 ½ teaspoons salt
1 Tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
