Worship Music Leader

The Contemporary Worship Music Leader will report directly to the Senior Pastor, and will be responsible for coordinating and rehearsing the Contemporary Service and Worship teams, coordinating music and musicians for the service, and selecting appropriate music in conjunction with the teams. Additionally, the Music Leader will maintain the musical library and enlist church volunteers to participate with the Worship teams.

“We are delighted at the popularity of our Contemporary Service, which began in 2004,” says Pastor Frank Nausin. “Music is an extremely important aspect of this service, and goal is to take it to the next level by bringing in a committed music leader to lead and coordinate the entire program.”

Applicants must be Christian, and committed to spreading the Gospel and ministry of Jesus Christ through music and worship. They must also have knowledge of many types of Christian music and its uses within the music and worship program.

The job is scheduled to start in September 2007. The salary is negotiable depending on experience, and musical skill. The job is part-time, with expected hours of 10 per week. Any interested individuals may contact Pr. Frank Nausin at 805-492-1234
