General Understanding and Covenants:

Under the leadership of the clergy, the Employee works as an assistant and aide in the ministry that reaches out to all members of the congregation and the members of the wider community who may interact with the congregation, particularly in the area of sound and visuals used in worship or other activities in the life of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church

The vision of this position will be to provide help and support for the audio and visual components of worship activities at Holy Trinity and so that people can clearly hear and see in order to better connect with Good News of Jesus Christ.

CHURCH OFFICE MANAGER

Position Description

The church office is an important part of the ministry at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. The Office Manager will provide a warm and friendly atmosphere while maintaining a safe, organized, and respectful environment.

The Office Manager reports to the Senior Pastor and is responsible to support clergy and other staff. The Office Manager is an assistant and aide in ministry who interacts with members of the congregation and the community particularly in the areas of communication, publications, scheduling, church business management, and hospitality
