We Are Saddened to Announce the Passing of Megan Anderson
We are greatly saddened to announce the passing of former member Megan Anderson who died unexpectedly on Friday. She will be sorely missed by her family and friends. Please keep her husband Mark, and children Logan, Lacy, and Landen in your prayers.
The Andersons are members at New Hope Lutheran Church in Agoura Hills (formerly Westlake Lutheran), and Pastor Craig Beeker of New Hope will preside at a memorial service this Wednesday November 23rd at 2:00 at Holy Trinity. Mark and the children will be surrounded with the love and care of both congregations as well as the many community members grieving her death. A reception will follow in the Fellowship Hall.
Please contact the church office at 805-492-1234 if you wish to contribute to the reception or if you have any questions.
May grace like rain gently tend to the spirits of all who knew and loved Megan.

Sunday School will meet in their regular classrooms after the Children’s Sermon in the Sanctuary at the 9:45 Contemporary Service. This week’s lesson is “Daniel in the Lion’s Den” and is the second week that members of the congregation will present the lessons, with the regular Sunday School teachers assisting. How wonderful to tap into the various talents of Holy Trinity’s many members. Our Youth group will not be meeting this Sunday as there is a weekend youth gathering. The nursery is open for infant care during all services as always.
Our Spiritual Growth “Adult Forum” takes place in the Fireside Room during the 9:45 service and again at 11:00. (It is not necessary to have read the book).
