HTLC Senior Choir in Disneyland’s Christmas Parade!

On December 6, the Holy Trinity Senior Choir will join with a 700 member strong chorus and walk down Main Street USA lifting their voices in Disneyland’s 50th annual Candlelight Processional.  Every year since 1958, Disneyland has invited Southern California choirs to audition - and this year they selected the HTLC Senior Choir, under the direction of George Swanson, after reviewing and listening to audition recordings sent in September.  Disneyland provides a wonderful ministry that allows choirs to share the message of Christ’s birth to Disneyland visitors from all over the world.  Disneyland’s 50th anniversary Candlelight Processional will truly be “Golden” this year with a celebrity narrator, live orchestra, words and music, and of course with the Holy Trinity Lutheran Choir!

   Congratulations on being chosen for the processional! We happened on it last year and really enjoyed the performance. Could you tell me what time it will begin this year? I have not been able to find it on the Disney website.

   The Holy Trinity Choir will perform on Saturday, December 6, 2008. There are two shows at 5:30 and 8:00 PM
