2008 Vacation Bible School – Theme “Just for Life!”

Something new this year! June 23-27th VBS for kids finishing 1st-5th grades will be held on our premises but led by the ELCA Outdoor Ministries team from El Camino Pines (part of the Lutheran Retreats, Camps, and Conferences). Older children are welcome to help serve as volunteers. Day camp is 9AM-3PM M-TH and Friday 9AM-noon. There will be bible study, worship, crafts, singing, and recreation. Campers are asked to bring a sack lunch (drinks and snacks will be provided). Cost is $89 per camper for the week. Space is limited, so please register early.HTLC is also exploring the interest level and feasibility for holding an additional VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL just for 3 to 6 year olds, in August. Please contact Rose Egertson through the church office if you are interested in having your child attend, and/or if you would like to volunteer your time in this wonderful program. Older children may serve as volunteers as well as adults. Thanks!

I am wondering if you have openings still for Vacation Bible School. I have a daughter going into 4th grade.

It’s possible, but you should call the Church Office (805) 492-1234 on Monday to confirm and register for Vacation Bible School.
